1 Agreement to terms

By accessing or using FastInstaDL, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the service.

FastInstaDL is a free online tool that helps you download publicly available Instagram videos, Reels and photos by pasting a link into the site. The service is provided “as is” and may change over time.

We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

You agree to use FastInstaDL only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the rights of others. You must not:

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or legality of content hosted on third-party platforms such as Instagram.

6 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastInstaDL and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use it — which, since the service is free, is limited to zero.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites, apps or services. These links are provided for your convenience and do not mean we endorse them. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

8 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Upon termination, any rights granted under these Terms end immediately.
